Preparation

Place the pumpkin and 500g of water into the mixing bowl. Cook for 18 min | 100°C | Speed 1.

Without opening the lid, blend the cooked pumpkin mixture for 1 min | Speed 6.

Add 400g of water, barley, rock sugar, and pandan leaves to the blended pumpkin. Cook for 45 min | 100°C | Speed 1.

Once cooked, discard the pandan leaves. Serve the pumpkin barley soup hot or chilled.
