Put 270g water and eggs into mixing bowl, mix 15 sec | Speed 4. Pour the egg mixture into the bowl through a sift, set aside.

Put the skinless pork belly and ginger into the mixing bowl, chop it into mince at Turbo | 1sec|6times.

Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, garlic, white pepper, rice spice powder, salt, sugar and corn starch, mix 5 sec | Speed 5.

Add the reserved egg mixture and mix 5 sec | ⤺ Speed 3. Pour the mixed minced meat into a deep plate, put it into the Varoma dish, be careful not to block the ventilation hole, and cover the Varoma lid.

Put 500g water into mixing bowl, set Varoma on position, steam 25 min | Varoma | Speed 1. Garnish with spring onion and drizzle with a bit of sesame oil and serve with warm rice.
